Greetings MMMWCo#1 Members, 

The Board of Directors would like to remind you about our

 Annual MMMWCo#1 Meeting which is planned for 

Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. It will be held Tim O’Neill’s cabin located at 41729 Sparrow Road.

There will not be a Potluck following this meeting.

 PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LAWN CHAIRS.

With this notice you will find a Proxy for the Annual Meeting. If you will be unable to attend on July 18th, kindly fill out the form and mail it to: PO Box 27044 Fresno Ca 93729, or email it to dyakligian@aol.com, it must be received by us no later than Thursday, July 10, 2026.
